About

About This Blog:

“Embrace Your…” is a Blog that questions the stigma we have against our often negatively viewed attributes and habits.

In this Blog, I challenge you and myself to un-stigmatize those negative views and positively transform them into something great. I believe that in order to change the world around us, we have to start with ourselves. So, mould your Prefrontal Cortex and observe the world through a unique mindset.

So, on your mark: Ready, Set, Mould!
