“Embrace Your…” is a Blog that questions the stigma we have against our often negatively viewed attributes and habits.
In this Blog, I challenge you and myself to un-stigmatize those negative views and positively transform them into something great. I believe that in order to change the world around us, we have to start with ourselves. So, mould your Prefrontal Cortex and observe the world through a unique mindset.

My name is Sara Moselhy, born in 1994. I’m a Canadian-Egyptian Muslim who moved to Canada in 2008. I study Psychology, Professional Writing and Communication, and Religion at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
